I knew very little of Feng Shui (FS) when I started, other than it involved energy flow and positioning things to your advantage in your home. Jeannette was great in getting me up to speed. I quickly realized this wasn’t your “Buzzfeed quiz” or quick google search results type of scenario; it’s much more in-depth and actually valuable content.

I ultimately decided to FS my life because I learned it encompassed you, your environment, work, relationships, energies, etc. – things important to you and your goals. Jeannette provided clear, easy to follow advice that is specific to you and your space and life. I committed to an assessment in early 2021.

Throughout the past year, FS helped me to start making (much needed) adjustments and give me the confidence to move forward with big changes. After FS-ing, I noticed almost immediate change and tangible results.

A few personal examples: Side jobs with a specific company started coming through again after being absent for over 2 years. Noticed a reduction in my overall anxiety. Added certain pieces/décor items to my space to feel more supported. (When I say supported, think opposite of tension or annoyed-feeling when in a room. Comfortable/safe feeling.) Caught a few health related issues that may have gone otherwise unnoticed and was able to have clarity of thought to make good choices on solutions.

Overall being more mindful and aware. Just a few that stuck out the most, but not a full list! I noticed the Chinese coins to be beneficial during this process – inexpensive yet really helpful.

I recommend investing in the full assessment – it truly is an investment in yourself and your future. If you’re not sure, do yourself the due diligence of at least reaching out to Jeannette for more information. Definitely worth it!

Feng Shui is so much more than furniture placement and colors, and Jeanette does all of the work for you to make the process simple and easy to understand. During our first meeting I explained to Jeanette the areas of my life that I wanted/needed to see improvements in and while I didn’t expect to see immediate changes, I DID leave motivated by some small tweaks that she recommended to start working on these areas of my life daily.

I have read about Feng Shui for years now. There is so much on the internet and quite frankly a lot of it is contradicting. Over the years I have tried small updates after hours of reading and was left feeling frustrated coz nothing changed (I was doing it incorrectly of course). Honestly, I reached out to Jeannette because I was super frustrated with my failed attempts and I could not figure out the directions of my apartment (NW,SW corner, etc). HAHA. But after talking to her, I realized that there is so much more to her art than online articles say. It's not about a quick fix. It's about balance...  There is thoughtfulness and intention behind it.

She encouraged me to make a list of goals, which really made me think deeper about what I want my home to be. I had never thought about what I wanted my home to represent.  Redecorating is always fun and I have done that many times but learning about myself in the process was very interesting and my first time.

This experience definitely brought me out of my comfort zone. If I were to describe my place before my session with Jeannette, looking back, I would call it Stuck Up and Stiff and NOW, it's cute, cozy, and warm. I  literally smile and enjoy every single room and hallway in my apartment!!  Also, I have had relief with some of the issues.

There are a lot of DIY projects out there, I think this is not one of those. Consulting Jeannette was one of the highlights of this year! If you are on the fence, jump right over. It's definitely worth it! I highly recommend her.
